I can't remember anymore, but I think I started the map a few month after UT3 was released.
I created it to learn more about the new engine and to figure out what is possible with it. I didn't really want to release it fast.
Beside that I could use it as a preparation for my internship at Playlogic-Games. So I created all the outdoor meshes and materials to make it fit in my vision.
The map isn't really a hardcore gameplay level. It's more about the graphics and athmosphere. have fun ;)
